The Guild is a specialized professional organization that consolidates civilized representatives of business, consulting and Government. Each of the participants represents a pecular sector of knowledge and experience in economy, uses services of the Guild and allow its development. Member of the Guild can be a firm, consultant or public agent that renders professional services of good quality, has a good character in respective domain and undertakes obligations to contribute in the Guild's development by actively participating in its activity. The Guild is self-sufficient, financially independent and impartial organization. Self-sufficiency means lack of organizations that would dictate the Guild  the content and means of its activity. Financial independence is provided by the private activity of the Guild. Impartiality shows itself in the Guild's actions toward its Members and clients that accomplish without influence from external forces and organizations. The Guild complies with all-inclusive concepts, schemes and algorithms that assign the system of interaction between business, consulting and Government in behalf of satisfaction of their wants. These concepts, schemes and algorithms are being formed and developed by Members of the Guild with orientation on its development and maintenance of its strength. 

2. WHAT THE GUILD'S MEMBERSHIP PROVIDES.

The Guild in its activity is geared to perform joint business projects in behalf of its members. Any representative of the ternary "Business - Consulting - Government" that is interested in realization of  any project can join the Guild and then count on complex professional support from other Members of the Guild. During realization of each of its business projects the Guild aims at achieving of beneficial result for each of its members, be that a businessman, consultant or public agent. In its work the Guild accepts responsibility not only for consulting stage of the project, but also for the resulting effect of the project's realization.
